Indicator and Ranking Worksheet
An indicator is a particular measure or gauge that is important to your strategy, such as timeliness, use of few resources, low estimated cost, or meeting a specific deadline.
An impact is a consequence that may happen, such as increased overtime.
A weight is a ranking of importance, suggesting that an action requires immediate or future attention.
Weight can be ranked on a scale from one to five, where:
5 = Very Important;
4 = Important;
3 = Somewhat Important;
2 = Neutral;
1 = Not important
