Job Fairs [2.2.2.c.4]

A job fair is an employment strategy designed to fast track the meeting of job seekers with employers, so that candidates can apply and interview for jobs on the spot. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has developed a comprehensive Job Fair Toolkit that includes introductory information; steps for employers before, during, and after a job fair; and examples of announcements, leaflets, ads, evaluation forms, and other useful tools.
