A Social Marketing Campaign in the Addictions Treatment Field [2.2.2.g.4]

NADAAC – the Association for Addiction Professionals (NASAAC), in collaboration with the ATTCs, has launched the joint campaign, Imagine Who You Could Save, to attract candidates to the addictions treatment field. The award-winning videocan be used in recruitment efforts to highlight the positive impact of the field on individuals and communities. Other materials on the campaign’s Web site describe careers in addiction, including the types of jobs available, education and certification requirements, and salary expectations. A “Getting Started” page helps individuals determine whether a career in addictions is right for them. The “Helpful Links” page provides a variety of supportive resources, such as degree programs and professional organizations.
