Training Intervention Strategies

Planning a Pilot

When developing a new course, it is important to pilot the course by presenting it to a reasonable sample of the target audience along with duplicating circumstances of ongoing delivery (e.g., venue, instructors, materials, length of instruction) as closely as possible. To be useful, a pilot should also provide ways for capturing feedback from trainees and observers.
