Resources on Methods of Training Delivery

The following resources may be helpful in selecting and designing how to deliver training:

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology has developed a matrix of training delivery methods that allow the user to check characteristics of the proposed training related to content, resources, and participants to receive guidance on whether particular modes of training are applicable.

The Training, Learning, and Development Resource Center offers a question-answer presentation on choosing and using the right instructional methods and training activities.

The Free Management Library identifies Various Ideas for Learning Activities that remind us of the many options that exist to facilitate learning other than formal training.
