Employee evaluations and supervisor feedback

While supervisors may know their own employees very well, they sometimes do not have ways to make meaningful comparisons of their observations with other supervisors. Program managers will find it helpful to identify ways to “harvest” useful observations from employees and supervisors to inform training plans.  For a comprehensive discussion on best practices for assessing competence and performance in behavioral health, see the following:
