Questions You Can Ask Supervisors or Incumbents to Identify Information for a Realistic Job Preview

The following questions are designed to solicit information about the position in question from incumbent workers or supervisory staff. These questions can be completed in an anonymous survey or by a third party if confidentiality would increase the chance of receiving honest responses:
